Who are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in site identification, expansion, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates high integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Can start immediately
What you will be doing
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for expansion based on company criteria and market potential
- Conduct initial site assessments, feasibility checks, and location analysis
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and internal teams regarding site opportunities
- Support negotiations for lease or acquisition terms in line with company guidelines
- Prepare site evaluation reports, documentation, and recommendations for management review
- Monitor progress of approved sites and coordinate requirements for development
- Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and confidentiality protocols
Working schedule
- 8AM – 5PM
- Mondays – Saturdays
- Open to station-based assignments
