Job Qualifications:
- At least 1–4 years of experience in gasoline station operations or retail management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and basic computer applications
- Dependable and trustworthy, with accountability in managing shift schedules, inventory accuracy, and adherence to fuel quality and safety standards
- Open to assignments in North Cebu, South Cebu, Leyte, Negros, and Siquijor
- Available to start immediately
What you will be doing
- Supervise daily operations of the station to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and coordinate the sales team, including shift scheduling and task delegation
- Monitor inventory levels, fuel quality, and adherence to safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Support staff training and development to maintain high service standards
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Working schedule
- 8AM – 5PM
- Mondays – Fridays
- Amenable to onsite work and regular field assignments
